Question Paint for plastic

what would the best paint be to use for black plastic, like on a car bumper ?

plastic paint....?

Assuming the bumper has already been painted then you only need plastic primer and can get away with normal colour, but if you're starting from scratch then I'd go for plastic specific paint for both primer and colour.
Halfrauds do a pretty good range of both.
