Default how to get o rings out of shock bodies?

whats the best way to get the red 'o' rings out of the b4 shock bodies?

I assume you are using the "shocky tool" ? you just need to try and use the pointed part of that to dislodge the clip from the bottom. With practice its not too hard. Once the clip is dislodged you can use the "shocky tool" to push the seals from the lower part of the bodies, then a swift bang on the table to get it all out.

If you are wanting to reuse the seals then you really have to be careful when using the shocky tool as its very easy to tear the Orings.

Phil channon used motor spray and the shock thing to get mine out because they broke when he was trying to push them out so he just jetted them out with motor spray.

if they are just stuck inside the main body yeah, otherwise the motor spray swells up the o-rings and makes then harder to remove! redesign ! redesign! please!.
