Default Grass setup ?

Hello my english friends,

the next french Nat round is in Montigny (good memories Ellis ?), so I am looking for any setup advices for a grass track with my beloved X-5 !

Good luck Raphael! This is certainly a question for Ellis, I have a sneaky suspision he knows a good setup for this track.

Hi Gayo,

Go with the set up I have posted in the setups topic on here, the one for the batley super cup.

I pretty much use this everywhere and just tweak ride height etc each track.

Any more questions then just fire away.

Thanks Chris and Ellis. Ellis, are the front silver springs cut ? What inserts do you use on Schumacher Minispike yellow ? Do you trim them ?

At the moment I am not running a cut spring, if you think the front is a touch soft then obviously cut one but I feel the difference is very small.

Foam wise I use a snee blue type in the rear or a softish other foam and a losi firm in the front, both just trimmed slightly around the inner bead so they just sit in the tyre a little nicer.
