Regional setup
Members,
Don't forget we will be setting up for the regional this Saturday evening from 17.00. Don't forget people that it was voted for at the AGM to host such meetings to keep the club alive just the way you like it. So if you're entered or not we will require your help. Also, anyone not entered but free Sunday please contact me ASAP. I'll find you a job  Non member, please feel free to setup on Saturday evening. However, you can only do this if you help out otherwise I look forward to welcoming you Sunday morning from 07.00. See you all soon. Matt

Matt - 3 of us at least from Surrey & Hants will be arriving on Saturday evening so if you let us set up some tables, you can have at least 3 extra pairs of hands to help.
I'm coming along to drive on Tuesday night as a business meeting has me nrearby and I couldn't resist (booked in on the other thread) - catch up then if that helps. Chris
