Default turn

i have some questions about motors. what do people mean when they talk about turns when refering to motors. i would like to get into electric rc cars,so what would be a good motor and i would like to race?

the turn is motor power, the lower rated turn motor produces more rpm than higher turn.
theres two forms of drive/leccys brushed or brushless, what car got or intending to get? how using it track or street.car park bashing?
