Default TRACK WORKING PARTY - THURSDAY PM

We would like volunteers to get down to the track on Thursday - Ian will be there about 5.30 pm but others have said about 6 pm but even a bit after that would be okay.

We need to weed, strim, cut grass and a few repairs to wood on rostrum etc and also set up the speaker system so that we are okay for the Supercup on Sunday.

Please bring spades, yard brushes or strimmers etc with you that you think may be useful as we would not have sufficient for everyone and that would then mean people standing around chatting instead of getting on with the work that needs doing.

Many thanks, in advance, for your assistance!

Didn't see this until now! Would have come as well, with my petrol strimmer.

Hi Diane how's the track held up after the rain yesterday?
It was chucking it down all day up in Newcastle.

Cheers Chris Clarke

The track is in good condition - should be a great meeting - obviously, weather not as hot as we are hosting the meeting later in the year, but the forecast is good!
