Default Alex Gardner? (almo1985)

I bought a KO Universe off him last thursday, he delivered it no problem. However the steering pot is broken or atleast worn out. I've emailed and Pm'd serveral times and he hasn't responded, though he hasn't been online going by his user profile.

Can someone nudge him if you know him, as I wan't to send it back for a refund. I payed by Paypal goods as always, so I'll be raising a dispute if I don't hear from him by the end of the week.

Thanks.

No, It's a case of being sold an item that is advertised as nothing wrong with it, as it wasn't stated that the steering pot was worn out, so it's false advertising.

Sellers MUST state any faults, and this is a fault, never a case of hard luck Mr. Buyer.

Thanks Mark.

Will try the number posted by Jay, looks like it could be another case of him just being very busy, hopefully.

I'm sure he is. He replied to the number, just away with work, going from there.
