Nathan Waters TQ and won. Richard Sharpe 2nd, and I think Nigel Buck was 3rd.

I take it by that last comment that you are not there/could not go Jimmy. Shame I was looking forward to one of your superb write ups during the week somtime.

Could not make it myself either due to commitments and staff holidays at the shop....gutted.

PLeased one of "our" lads (Mid South) made the top three, well done Mr.Buck

I wanted to go but couldn't afford / justify the petrol down there really, not when I'm not racing and we're trying to save money - going to the F345's all being well though to race & report.

Good lad look forward to it!!! Cant make that meeting either, and I had dropped to an F4 for this year so could of gone too!!! (Damn family birthdays, how inconsiderate)

I meant to say "Hi" to you at Stotfold, but I was only there for a few hours each afternoon and with so many people coming up and saying hello I just didnt get time to.

It was funny sitting in the tent with Ellis whilst Vicky was doing his interview, a bit like "a fly on the wall" documentry for me. It gave me a few laughs along the way.......

It was nice to catch up with all the people that I did meet though and put a few faces to few names I speak to via email or phone regularly (Lee Root for one!! and Ben getting Ellis to autograph his fresh parts box was ace - hope you ebayed it Ben for an extortionate figure )

Ahh, I thought I saw you - yeah I was a bit hard to see at the weekend as I was either crouching at the trackside or on my laptop(s) in the tent - but I fancied doing a proper report for the last National.
I didn't make it to last years f345's since I was in Japan for the Worlds, but I went to it 3 or 4 years in a row before that - last time I went in 2006 I made the A final and it's still the best days racing I've ever had, just to make the A was awesome. The F345's is the best event for me and I was sad to miss it last year.

Yeah that's a problem, I think at the moment the idea is for vicky to run 5 cells on the same motor, maybe a 12 turn. She uses sticks on 40mhz and I use a steerwheel on 2.4ghz, so it's all a bit tricky haha.

Ash, I think I understand you, but I'm not positive!

Jimmy, I wish I'd known before you sent the B4 as you could have used it at the F3's first. Do you want it back to use there?

haha no mate! don't be daft. apart from the Euros this year, the last time I ran a B4 was uhmmm, sometime early 2007 before the Nationals started. 4WD is my main class, I'll be taking the Durga and 501X which are both ready to go

So that's the euros dirt on it then?
No worries, you'd be welcome to.
You could always just remove the front belt and driveshafts!
Good luck anyway
