Just 2mins from the M60 Junc 21..

The type of flooring.. running spikes are used on this!! (do you reckon mini pins / spikes would mark the floor??)

Plenty of storage too... power etc available..

All we need to do is go down with a few cars and see what the score is regarding tyres and possible marking... but other than that the place is ours.
Its a brand new set up and believe its impressive.. plenty of parking etc and also there was the possiblity of an outside track.. the only thing it lacks is catering.. so its a case of bring your own grub or visit the McDonalds / Subway etc which are just round the corner..
