Invernational 17 - Entries now LIVE!

Entry requests are now live for Invernational 17.

As always the event is at Robin Hood Raceway in Nottinghamshire.
Entries are open for 2wd, 4wd, Trucks and new for this year the 3 Hour Endurance.

You can enter by visiting www.oooos.co.uk

Once on the Home page you can see an Orange Button in the Top Right Corner asking you to Register. Once registered you can book in for your chosen classes. You will receive email confirmation and instructions as you progress through the booking in procedure. If you have already registered for the Oooos Series on www.oooos.co.uk then you can use your current login, no need to re-register. Oople forum logins will not work.

The number of teams for the endurance race is limited to 12, each team captain must register and pay the team entry fee, they can then nominate any BRCA members for their team. There is no lower or upper limit on numbers in each team, however each team must have a marshal on track at all times. 2WD cars only.

Event format

Friday.
Open practice from Midday in timed slots until early evening.
Saturday.
8:00 to 9.15 - 1 round of practice in heat order.
9:40 - Drivers briefing
9.50 to 15.45- RD1 – RD3 of Qualifying
16.00 to 19.00 3 hour endurance race – 12 Teams 2WD cars only
19:30 to 20.00– Oval Race and general madness
20.00 to 21.00 – Jibber Solo Session - Music
21:00 to 23.00 – Live Band
Midnight – Shutdown

Sunday
08:00 – RD4 - Qualifying
10:40 to 17.15 – Triple leg finals for all
17:30 - Trophy Presentation

Entry Information
All entries are on an Invitational basis, you may apply for more than one class however you may only receive an entry for one class.

Full Name
Desired class in order of preference
BRCA number – without this you will not be considered, we will not accept ‘TBA’ or similar
PT number(s)
Ability – 1 = muppet, 15 = National ‘A’ finalist or other superhero.
T-Shirt size (S, M, L, XL or XXL)

Only invited entrants will receive an email giving them instructions on how to pay race fees.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the Invitation Email being sent to ensure your place is reserved, after this time your entry may be given to another driver.

Entries will only be confirmed on receipt of payment, a list will be updated on the forum under the Invernational 2017 Section and www.oooos.co.uk

All entries - £30 per Class

Tyres - you must use either a Schumacher Mini Spike, Mini Dart or Ballistic Mini Spike on the rear axle of your 2WD or 4WD buggy.
The Truck class is open as long as they are safe! No nails sticking through!
Short Course and Stadium, split heats 2wd & 4wd if numbers allow.

Endurance Race
3hrs, Saturday late afternoon and early evening
12 teams, all pre-booked
£20 per team, fee payable up front by nominated team 'captain'
Unlimited numbers in each team, member selection by team 'captain'
1 marshal point per team, must be continually manned (or ladied), normal marshal etiquette
All team members must be BRCA members - we will check
2WD cars only (Retro/Vintage/Unusual models encouraged)

Can you specify what the truck class will be?

Is it just short course as per usual or is there gonna be stadium trucks involved?

Pretty much anything 'truck' goes, as long as it 1:10th and can get round without casuing a problem, even Darrington may make another appearence.

2wd & 4wd will be split out if we have enough numbers.
