advice
chaps, ive recently found my old vintage lazer zx-r form back in the day in my parents loft, in in the process of getting it going again with some modern electrics, just wondered which turn brushless motors you guys run down there?
and im guessing it'll be ok to run it in your 4wd class? cheers |

Awesome! those cars are like gold dust!
I run an Orion 5.5T in my 4wd. I'm not sure what that car would be able to handle to be honest with brushless technology and LiPos. Try posting in the Kyosho section as well. Cheers Simon |

yer I would start off with say an 8.5, I've not run my boss cat brushless yet, still got brushed in it. But if you are running the same belts as it's sat in the loft with I would start off soft 8.5 10.5 ish give the 5.5 a wide birth!
Post in the vintage section as quite a few people run ZX-r's at vintage meetings so someone should very soon point you in the right direction. Then come on down and give it a go, always glad to see new faces
