Who has the friendliest racers?
10th off road, or 8th off road?
Just for fun, no mud slinging Let's hear your reasons...GO

10th scale 100%,
8th is just full of shouting and screaming, and thats before any engines are started

1/10th
I've raced just 1/10th and from my experience most of the time it's a good vibe, I've just bought this week agama 1/8th so get back to you next year about who has the better more chilled racers 😁

Having been racing for a while I would say the most social are 1/8th racers especially as you have to get someone else to be your pitman and frienships and banter is formed that way, whereas in 1/10th electric you do not have this and you can be rather alone.
I think because of the short duration and no bumping up in finals in 1/10th means that there is more pressure on your performance within the 5 minute race rather than a more relaxed approach in 1/8th.

Whilst running the Micro Section I did always try and be as friendly and welcoming as possible. Micro racing is a great laugh, although it has become more serious as the racing has become more competitive. "Back in the day" there were few of us who were really that highly sponsored. The influx of "sponsored for other classes" racers to the micro scene has made it so that racers are taking it a lot more seriously - which has its positives and negatives. The only class I've only really ever had bad experiences in was 1:10th electric TC big events. If ever there was a class where you had to "look cool and act tough" to be recognised I would say it was 10th electric TC. Every class has its good points and bad points though. I've met some life long friends in 8th nitro and 10th offroad, plus micros of course, but equally I have come across bellends in all 3 of those classes too
