Default Schu Mini Spike 2 Availability

Are these available as just tires or only preglued?

Looking to buy some but can only find normal minispikes or preglued minispike 2's?

Default I can confirm........

Don't worry Dan, I'm here.......
I can now confirm that there is a running change on the Mini Spike tyres, so Mini Spike 2 will replace the older Mini Spike as these run out. The change has already taken place on the popular Yellow compound, and Green and Blue will change very soon, as far as I'm aware. Please continue to order these under the existing part numbers and all stock in the factory now in Yellow compound are Mini Spike 2!!!
Please also remember that both versions of Mini Spike are legal for this seasons Nationals.

Is the yellow, yellow compound that was mentioned last year still coming out, or has it been dropped?

Also, are the 2wd fronts going to change as well?

are the yellow mini spike 2s a slightly softer compound? i got a set the other day and they feel in hand closer to the old pinks than the green?? about the same resistance as a losi silver to touch

Yellow is yellow, or at least should be!! All the yellow minispike 2's that i tested last year felt like the same compound as yellow always has been.

The new ones that we have in "feel" no different to the older type, just a little "weird" to the touch with the "matt effect" finish as opposed to the originals with the shiny, slippery look/effect
