Default WEST CORNWALL Indoor buggy meet 2012

HI all .. ive started a new thread for the above as we have the ball rolling.... so hear goes....

I need some real help with the items below.....

The plan is... to hold an indoor offroad meet for 2WD and 4WD on a mixed carpet surface, with slippery sections /wall ride/table top jump/speed humps etc

WE have a venue in mind (a large well lit sports hall with a green carpeted surface THE BIG QUESTION is we can hire this hall on SATURDAY 17th MARCH 2012

SO WOULD A SATURDAY 17th BE ANY GOOD TO EVERYONE......

2nd QUESTION is the cost to race ...we have in mind to say £10 per class
DOES THIS SOUND FAIR GUYS the hall is going to cost just under £300 to hire even more if we try for a sunday hence the reason for the saturday.... so with this in mind guys i could do with a provisional driver list for this date ....as id like to get the hall booked asap before the date is lost....

please feel free to comment as everyones imput is greatly needed

for anyone wanderig why im asking such things ... our numbers are low in this region so we really want this to happen... so come on guys we need ya 30 + drivers now that would be great

i hope that all makes sense regards Lee....

ill post a pic of the veue shortly...

I'll be up for that. I will inform the rest of our club.
We may be able to get about 10 racers.
Where is the venue?
Will it be 2wd and 4wd?

Just a quick point about the venue, is the carpet in the hall down all the time. You say its green, they dont use it for bowls or something do they. If it is i would be worried about the state of it when we have finished. Hope that makes sense

A lot of our members don't have personal transponders. Do you have handouts?
Will you have a control tyre. I find it makes life so much easier.

Sounds good to me, I would be up for a couple of classes 2, 4, micro I'm not fussed.
If you get the numbers would you consider a slight (coupe of quid) discount for the second class?
