Default Castle Phoenix ESC problem

Need help!

I've just bought a Phoenix 100 A ESC with a Tekin sensorless motor and can't get it working as a car speedcontroller. When the throttle stick is in neutral the motor is running half speed. I've changed the throttle expo to max. but still crawls at neutral position. Is this normal for airplane or helicopter purpose

I've thought the people at Castle got a special software for this, as the new 1/5 ESC is exactly the same as Phoenix 200A. That was my reason to buy it for 1/8 and 1/10 buggy's.

Has any suggestion what to do. I don't have the Castle link (maybe I should buy one, if it's help)
