Default Diff grease

Just ordered a kevlar diff gear and 2 metal idler gears from tc models for my mad monkey and would like some advice on which lube to use?

Do you actually leave the gears dry or put a bit on or loads

Thanks

James

James,
I wouldn't put loads on by any means.
Basically, if you leave the gears dry they will be more efficient but will wear quicker. If you use a small amount of grease on the gears there is obviously a little drag but the gears will last longer, and to be honest off setting a little drag against replacing gears is a personal choice.
Axle grease is supplied with some kits now for this use.

Any particular brand you recommend as the kit grease has all gone.

Have to agree with Mark, that stuff is the shizzle (as they say at rclazy.com)
