Diff grease
Just ordered a kevlar diff gear and 2 metal idler gears from tc models for my mad monkey and would like some advice on which lube to use?
Do you actually leave the gears dry or put a bit on or loads Thanks James |

James,
I wouldn't put loads on by any means. Basically, if you leave the gears dry they will be more efficient but will wear quicker. If you use a small amount of grease on the gears there is obviously a little drag but the gears will last longer, and to be honest off setting a little drag against replacing gears is a personal choice. Axle grease is supplied with some kits now for this use. Neil

Tamiya Ceramic Grease is the best stuff by far.
rcLazy.com has plenty in stock! Mark
