ESC & Motor change for a Blitz

Hi,
I have a Blitz that I've got for outdoor racing, this is the first time that I've raced on a track. I want to upgrade the stock electronics. i know that I want a 10T motor, but thats about all my knowledge. Please could I hear other members thoughts on where I should go.
