Default ORCA vxx not accepting changes?

Guys

I have a ORCA vxx and program box. I use the program box to make changes on the esc. It always says "success" but when I switch the esc off then back on, it goes back to default. It seems that the esc isn't storing any settings at all.

Has anyone else ever came across this problem?

Box and esc most likely have different software versions. get them both updated to latest.
