Default Cougar sv2

Hey guys are these any good ? Handling, setups, reliability !! Seen a fair few 2nd hand ones for sale and just wondering if it's worth getting one !

yes good car it is a Marmite thing though. the good points are you can always get spares direct from the factory, the diff comes out in seconds, the ball links are good, the gear and slipper are good the carbon parts are good, the body shell, under tray keep the car very clean and dry if you race in the rain, also the body under tray and wing are pre CNC cut out, the plastic parts are good, strong but not heavy, plenty of good advice on setting up although straight out of the box they are good, down side the shock weep a little oil sometimes, I replaced one of the standard o rings with a kyosho one and then perfect oil tight but not stiff.
the best thing is if you like working on quality CNC alloy and carbon fibre machined parts and have a car thats easy to work on and looks good rather than a plastic fantastic then try one and as you say the are a few on the market probably because of a new model being released in the new year although this may be geared towards in door carpet, check out the Schumacher site here silverstone SV2.
next best thing is it is a uk product and that has to be good
