Can't comment on the orca stuff as Iv not use it,see if you can find the results from ETS and EWS,i run Hobbywing speedo and GM motor, they GM motor is built proof and will take lots of abuse, speedo settings in blinky are probable the same speedo to speedo unless you get a cheep one,Iv run the flow and x20,while its bonkers quick it soon starts to fade as the race goes on,

Orca speedo's are good I have VXX and VX3, run them blinky and boosted and perform well. still have and run hobbywing V2.1's as well but swapping them to blinky - boosted requires a lap top. The Orca was that bit cheaper than upgrading to 3.1 and all settings can be done from the box. I use G force motors and happy with them , 17.5 blinky 4.0FDR and 42* EBT never overheats but drop the FDR any lower and it does for not much more speed. Not run the 13.5 blinky yet. Found an old. SP V3 13.5 to perform strangely well in blinky 4.2 FDR and a big fan.
