Well it helps unscrew the bottom of the Kyosho shocks like the plastic tool that is included in the kit does...only this one lasts longer!

If you are wearing the stock plastic tool then your not keeping enough downwards load on as you turn it. I've gone through 1 tool since 2007, I probably didn't need to throw that one away but I was in a hurry so grabbing a fresh one was the best option.

Thats a handy tool,
The plastic ones are fine but are prone to failing if you are not careful, i use Small nose pliers but you have to be careful.
I have not seen those tools in stock anywhere yet! i have it on my shopping list though when they appear.
Might have to give Keith a call and find out when they will hit the shops.
