Default worst car

For me i had a couple of bad experiences, one being the RC10 Worlds Car in around 1994 - This was my first 2wd car, and by the time i got it the Losi XX was king of the bumpy grass tracks and made the RC10 seem so out-dated it was a pig to drive on bumpy tracks and i really didn't like it!

2nd up i think had to be the Yokomo MX-4 - I don't think i could ever say i enjoyed racing that car, it was just so heavy and no matter what we all tried, we just couldn't seem to get a good set-up! The prototype cars were certainly a lot better but the production model was so hard to get right.

Anyone have any other cars they've really just not got on with?
worst car to drive was a 4 w/d chain driven Radiant any one remember them ,still have IT.

The orginal Topcat was pretty terrible! Schueys first 2wd, straight after the Cat XLS which won everything at the time!!!

Other stinkers include the Procat - wishbones would break if you looked at them wrong! Optima - more slop in the steering than a POW's dinner!!

Hotshot, Bigwig, Boomerang, Hornet..............these were crap too!!!

TC4 wasnt much better!

A GM touring car from around 2001, think it may have been called a TC4?

was the biggest steaming turd of a car I ever had the misfortune to "race"

the motor was in the middle but the spur gear was so high you virtually had to cut a slot in the roof of the bodyshell to fit it on.

The wheels had some unique offset and were hard to get hold of so it's a good job it was so slow it never wore a set of tyres out.

Buggy wise it was a Kyosho Progress (anyone remember? it had 4 wheel steering) and would last about 2 1/2 mins before either dumping or breaking

I've only been into the pastime for about 7 months, but the worst handling car i've used is the Traxxas Rustler.
The thought of turning a corner of any description with it makes me cry.

Sad to say it but so far its the 22, i had such high hopes! I know its new and needs time but i spent a couple of race days trying everything i knew and nothing worked, it never got any quicker!

I built my ansmann X2C up with a random set up and shocks from another car and its 2 seconds a lap quicker

worst 4wd PB Ace, beautifully engineered and strong, it hadnt even heard of good handling....

Worst 2wd thats more difficult... i think it had to be an old rc10 i had with a flat carbon chassis and mip chain drive, would possibly go round a corner if you could keep the front wheels on the floor, mine would stay on two wheels the length of the strait on an old stock motor....

Has to be the Tc3 (or Tc4). Used it for one meeting, spent most of the day going in circles, then sold it and went back to buggies.

A fun fast car was the cat3000 I had but was let down by the number of diff cups it ate through each time.

4wd - Cat XLS, to be fair though, it was 15 years ago, it was my first car, and I didn't have a lot of money to spend on it.

Worst Car Ever - Iwaver 2. Where to start with this piece of crap! It wouldn't steet into corners, it had no speed, it was just awful.

the cat xls was an awesome car! totally radical design back then and changed the way cars were made for ever, no other car ever had the performance advantage over another as much as this one did. it won about 4 world champs in a row!

The one that won the champs was't exactly a straight out of the box build, phil booth had to do alot of machining to get it to work properly!
