Capacitor question
Hi guys I’m setting up a 1/14 buggy just for fun I’ve got a ez run 60 a esc and it has two caps on it when I was racing these in the past they didn’t have them on that I can remember,so my question is do I really need them for a smaller scale therefore lower power ?
Any advice is most welcome thanks

Hi,
A lot of the older speedo had smaller caps that could be housed in the speedo case. But as things got more complex, that couldn't be fitted inside the case. Regardless of power it's a good precaution to run them. They can (do) prevent strange issues happening with the electronics. They are there for a reason. MiCk B. :-)

Smaller doesn't always mean less power hungry. in my GTB the micro savox servo draws so much the RX browns out unless I run a glitch buster cap. It's a laugh trying to shoehorn everything in these tiny cars, but worth it.
