What oil and springs on gold shocks for vintage Ultima?

Hi all,

Ive managed to find a nip set and they currently have black springs on.

Any recomendations for a carpet race car?

Do they small bore Kyosho springs fit etc?

Also I've just realised I have not got the pistons or diaphram or anything with them

Where can I get all that stuff?

I have a set of diaphrams for you, the red ones are standard with the golden option house shocks.
