Racing in the USA

Im going to be working in San Diego at the end of the month for a few weeks. There are a couple of good tracks out there by the looks of things. Does anyone know have i got to be a member of ROAR to race out there?

I raced in states fella twice just turn up bookin enjoy going next year again very helpful and friendly
