Default new club - can we host an oople round?

Brookthrope Model Car Club being a recently fully refurbished off road club is fairly new to the 1/10th scene. We are now completely astro turf after six long months of hard work. Although we are both an 1/8th club and an 1/10th club we have features and jumps that have been designed to cater for both scales and we can create cut throughs to shorten or lengthen the lap length. We have a huge rostrum, loads of parking, and run LiveRC timing with RC4 loop.

We are wondering what it takes to run an oople round of the championship to try and get more 1/10th users interested and to come to our track? who do we contact?

I can do nothing regarding your question about hosting an Oooooos, but track sounds great - you've put a lot of work into it so hope it is a success

Hi, is it possible for you to send a video of a tenth buggy going round a typical track so we can gauge the size?
Thanks
Damian OOoos.

It is a big track to look at but we are hoping to create a few options for cut throughs to shorten the lap length of the track too better suit tenth BRCA rules.

The track for tenth at present which is used for wednesday practice is 33 seconds long but we are keen to accommodate both scales within the same track, a sort of smaller track within a big track if you will.

All obstacles and features have been fully tested (built and driven) so that they work with both scales.

I will see if i can get a tenth specific video on wednesday

Hi, to be honest 33 seconds is too long, it needs to be circa 25 seconds for an effective 1/10th track.
