Default MTB in Coed y Brenin

Has anyone been recently? anyone recomend the best (or must-do) trails there?

The last time I was there was about three years ago, the must do routes to do are the Karrimor and the Redbull run, be careful at the end of both courses as theres a section called the route of all evil, basically its covered in tree routes, I had a massive Off there and did my ankle in!!!

thanks for the info, I think all the names have changed recently, I think what was the RedBull route is now called MBR

I would wear some shin and knee protection. As the tracks are lined with some large rocks!

Shin and Knee protection for sure next time, though I managed to come away without any major moments, it was AWESOME!
