Good skills, just be ware on the amount of pressure you are using on the blade, there are deep score lines around the chequers at the back.

As for window surrounds, I never use the masks and freehand it, makes doing the window surrounds much easier.

Thanks, I cut the chequers at the back 1st with a new blade and just used too much pressure.
Will try cutting the windows freehand on the next shell I practice on.

Thanks for the advice.

I did three with a sponge, then left it over night before cutting.

For liquid mask I find 3-4 thin coats works best. It covers better and also when it comes to cutting and peeling it removes more easily too

For window masks I use a vinyl cutter

I need some of the vinyl paint masks, like a varied pack of mesh, hex's, stars etc.
I'm hoping to use them as well as the liquid mask.
Any ideas where I can get some from or can somebody on here do some for me?
