Default Turbo optima mid help

I'm in the process of restoring a turbo optima mid. I don't seem to have the parts for the spur gear saver assembly, as in the wave washers and the outer spur gear retaining washer. Any ideas on where I might get them?
I think it's OT-88 that I need.

There is but it is very unreliable - unless I courier them which will cost about £12 but get to UK in 4 days.
