I think most use the DB1 shell, never seen anything else..
It is quite wide, so not sure many others would go on... Why would you want to? It looks cool... |

shell
+1....I agree, Shadow is very cool and looks really mean in nearly every paint scheme I have seen also the cab is positioned perfectly for motor cables to pass over to esc on the other side of the chassis, I like it a lot

thanks for the input.......
I think the main problem is the rear part which is quite wide......using 4wd shells seem a bit too bulky..... .......really want to try a shell which is slimmer.....

shell
You may find an issue with the front of the shell if you are using forwards body mount. As with the RB5 original shell, the nose of the body has to come a fair way forwards between shock tower mount to reach the body mount. Obviously if you are using the 10mm edge from a DB1 undertray to mount the body via velcro then this is not the case.

yes.....this is a good idea using a lexan undertray to hold the shell.......
but there are not many choice of 2wd shells with lexan undertray......those I can think of ......are only C4.1.....DEX210 (but the undertray is curving up on both sides) ....or DB1 shadow shell.......
