Default Speed Passion Pro v1.1

Hi Guys im having trouble with my motor and battery getting very hot, iv had 2 of theses esc and my last one is set up the same as my new one, but the 1st one didn't get as hot as this new one

Below the faces is the setting I run on my new esc


Running mode
Forward with brake "No reverse"



Threshold V / Cell Li Po Cut off
2.6V
/Cell

2.8V
/Cell

3.0V
/Cell

3.2V
/Cell

3.4V
/Cell

No prote-



Dynamic Multi Timing System -DMTS 3.0

3.75°
7.5°
11.25°
15°
18.75°
22.5°
26.5°

Digital Racing Response System -DRRS 3.0
Level 1
Level 2
Level 3
Level 4
Level 5
Level 6
Level 7
Level 8
Level 9


Over Heat Protection
Enable "95 °C Cut off"
Disable


Temperature is set at 25c cant change this
voltage 6.4
Drag brake 20%
Brake force 90%

I run 7.5 SP Motor

I was thinking is the Dynamic Multi Timing System set to hi as im new to all of this im not sure what that's for

update software to stock1 so you can use the hybrid turbo with a delay, that way boost will only come on down the straight and such, your then not advancing the timing constantly, only after the delay kicks in. should run cooler. also what gearing are you running on what car?

geared diff 24 85 on a team c tm2 v1, what I don't understand is the first one did not do this and my settings are the same

Same car?
Same motor?
Same track?
Fan?
Same weather!

Lots of reasons for different temps.
As above, update to the latest software, see how it goes.
Check the car over. Nothing binding or dragging.

(And how hot is it actually getting? Hot enough to be a concern, or just warmer than you like? )

Go onto speed passions website there all on there mate in downloads, once you download the PC software and connect the esc to the PC there all there to put onto your esc
