Default Anti squat, how important?

Just noticed my car has no no.4 washers at the rear. Will adjusting this help performance on polished wood flooring?

I think paul hindson told me that at tyne met it is better to run without the no. 4 washers as its a smooth track with the odd jump or rumble strip using the crash mats.......
