Picked mine up lunchtime, just home from work now so will be busy tonight. Should be lots of happy MB models customers receiving orders tomorrow, i saw lots ready to go out the door, with a further order of kits due to restock tomorrow.

Probably yes. I, or anyone with a Bmax2 and YZ-2, can measure ?

And yes, you probably need to change more parts.

Ive just got shocks to build, motor and esc to wire and fit, and body to spray. car is a lovely build top quality and is quite different from bmax.

I'll try measure caster blocks later, but I'd suggest it wouldn't work too well on bmax. will require the matching kinkpins, knuckle arms with carbon pieces. i think they will shift akerman angle as the steeting crank is designed to fit with it.

As far as I could feel and see (i only took the body out of the kit to ship it to the painter) - quality is indeed better than the B-Max2. More comparable with the B-Max4 quality, which has better plastics and alu.

Haven't checked it out more in detail. Will build mine on Sunday, but will play around a bit with Paultje040 his YZ-2 on Saturday.

Quite curious about how it will perform. A new platform to understand.

I'm about half way through mine. All going together well but when designing the car did anyone think that I might want to Change the diff without having to call kwik fit.

Which is why a ball diff is in mine. I didn't like it in the B-Max2 so I'm not chancing it in this.

My Tetris skills came in handy when i was doing the electrics.
Pfff, having a tiny RX helps. Also a 2 pot cap helps out. The 4 pot that comes with a Speed Passion would cause headaches.

I'll ad some pictures later.

Your right there, not much space for electrics at all ! I'm running shorty too so there is a load of wasted space with the foam battery stopper which is a bit cheap in my opinion

Looks no tighter than my XMW, but that was a pain! Helps with a low pro servo and small receiver!
Would it be mad to try run a shorty down the centreline, anyone looked at that?

I use ceramic balls and find they last for ages at least half a season then flip the plates. I don't like the way a 2wd drives with a gear diff I think it makes them too twitchy.
