Default Benefits of front one way diff?

Can anyone tell me the benefits/disadvantages of a front one way diff in off road over a just a diff or a diff with a centre/prop shaft one way????

From my experience a

Oneway:
Gives you more steering into the corner as braking is on the rear wheels only
Touch more power on steering as the axle is locked so it pulls the car round

Can be a handfull if it's really bumpy as it will pull the car depending on what way the bumps go.

Not so easy to jump with as the front wheels continue to rotate when you lift off the power

Diff:
Very stable under braking as you are braking using all four wheels
can be understeery going into corners

Is better on a bumpy or rough track as there is diff action in the front wheels

Easier to control the attitude of the car in the air over big jumps

Diff and one way layshaft
I have never used one but would possibly be a good option on a bumpy track with few jumps and tight turns where hand braking the car round the corners is needed.

hope that helps.
