24th July - Caldicot WRCA Round
Not long to go until our round of the WRCA.
We'll be racing at our usual venue but outside on an old skool grass track Directions and info are on our website www.caldicotrcracers.co.uk Please send your entries to info@caldicotrcracers.co.uk Don't forget to include: Name BRCA number PT number Frequencies Classes being entered (this round is electric only, sorry) There will be teas, coffees, cold drinks, food, etc Depending on the entry numbers we may have to use the overflow parking again but pitting will be available inside the hall. And finally, should the current fantastic weather not last, this event will NOT be rained off as we will just setout the track inside the hall instead! Look forward to seeing you all there |

Andy or Pete, do you know yet if we're using the overflow parking in the RAF base or not yet?

We do have access to the overflow carpark on the base it if we need it, and suspect that will be the case.
Parking in the normal hall carpark will be first come first served, and is limited. As soon as it's full we'll be diverting people to the overflow. Although you will be able to unload by the track then move your car up to the carpark if you miss out. We cannot have anyone parking on the road as this will upset the already 'edgy' neighbours! You can pit trackside, space allowing, or in the hall with the electricity. EDIT: Ant, can you email entries and details please...we're keeping them all in one place, so we don't miss anyone with a random post that we don't spot. Cheers dude!

Andy, will those pitting indoors have to move to the overflow, so us hardy folk who want to put outdoors, can?
