Cheers Dave its Dads doo
I have not got a new durango yet...cause i am a little concerned that the diffs are a little heavy for the indoor stock racing that i do.....it makes a difference to the punch which i require (lots)
fine for proper mod outside racing where power isnt an issue and you drive smoothly not banging and jabbing the throttle like we have to at faversham...its a different game entirely as you know Dave

Can anyone help me out? looking at your diffs is there a way to remove 15g from each?
i know it will ultimately weaken them but it only going to run stock powered
or do you think the serpent s400 ball diffs will fit?
many thanks

sepent s400 is belt drive, not shaft.so no way a staght swap, trick on the s400 gear diff was remove one shaft and set of small gears, doubt very much that will save much weight tho. The heavey part is the main crown wheel, but thats been worked on to make as light as possible with out sacrificing durability.
