Default D-Max To B-Max

After watching the pics from the recently introduced D-Max I have been wondering about making the opposite process, converting D into B.

In other words, how about a BMAX with carbon fiber chassis? It should be lighter by far, shouldn't it?

Regarding which car is fastest, usually it's the one best driven.

However, being lighter and shifter could help under some conditions. If you're so worried about being faster, spend your time and money on wheels, oils, o-rings, diff balls and track time. This, without any doubt, will give you the best ROI.

In the other hand, I don't think that a carbon fiber chassis will cause any issue, unless you run at a very bumpy and slippery track, where maybe you'll prefer the stock.

For the bling factor you may agree that carbon fiber is always a nice touch, isn't it?

I think the Dmax has a shorter wheelbase than the BMax?
If it does, I guess a conversion would involve some custom work.

I am quite sure a Dmax to Bmax will look fast... even on the pit table

yeh why would you want to convert a bmax to carbon chassis anyway?

The reason the bmax is so good is cos has some flex in the chassis
