hi fela

just a few ideas for you

radio gear core rc code 2.4ghx

esc nosram hawk power reverse using £7 from the budget of your radio gear

motor orion 13x2

or if you want to try brushless ezrun 35a 9t these are really good value for money most people who have them rate them really low fail rate there are people who have had problems with them but the mostly down to miss use

The Nosram Hawk Power ESC has a 15t motor limit so probably won't be able to handle a 13t motor.

i was looking at the ezrun brushless system last night.. work out to be about the same as brushed. is it the motor that usually fails (guess due to gearing?) or the esc? i can cope with having to replace the motor

i think its the esc that fails but 95% of them work fine,+ you get a years warranty with it so can return if it does fail,if you can buy them in the uk like the 1 i linked and save waiting a few weeks for it for the same price.just ask the seller if a warranty still applys to it for 1year
