Thanks for your input guys.

I measured everything, shocks, height of chassis and hinge pins bracket for board, length of shocks, shock caps, top and bottom eyelets, shafts and they were all fine apart from the height of the top shock mounts, one was 4mm different to the other. So i stripped it all down and started again, i removed the washers that looked like they should of gone under the rear hinge pin holder and fixed it direct to the chassis and its all measured up fine, well with in 1/2mm, think i can live with that

Just need to sort part numbers for front and rear arms now

Again thanks for your help

Ross

The part number for the std DB1 arms is UM566 from the Kyosho RB5SP2 WC Edition

You get one front arm and one rear arm per pack.

Make sure the bottom ball cup on the shocks are the same, there is 3 sizes in the kit, Short Med & Long.

I did it on mine, I rebuilt it about 10 times before I figured it out.

I had a good check over the shocks and all looks good, I think I had mounted the rear end wrong some how , once I took it apart and redone it the arms all sat nice and even. I will check the ends to see if there's the same amount of shaft between the body and end to see if that's the 1/2mm difference .

Cheers
Ross

It does make a difference though, mine was quite low on one side.

The other thing to check is make sure the camber link plate it pushed on the gearbox all the way. That's about the only other thing I can think
