Hi there,

Thank you for the extra information.

I have just checked our system again and I still can't find the original sale but that doesn't really matter at this point.

I have just spoken to our contact at Revell and he is looking in to it now. I will let you know as soon as he has got back to me with more information and hopefully a resolution.

Can you just confirm that it was the DEX210 RTR buggy and not one of the other models please.

Best regards,

Dave

Hi there,

No need for the serial number. Just wanted to make sure it was a DEX and not a DEST/DESC.

Just waiting on Revell to give me an update and then I will let you know what they have said.

Best regards,

Dave

Can you confirm which address you sent it to please?

I got a call from Durango/Revell on Saturday. They are trying to track it down, but at the time you sent it back they were moving offices and they wanted to check which of the addresses you sent it to so they can trace what has happened.

You mentioned that you chased Durango a couple of times after you sent it back. Any chance you can remember who you spoke to? This isn't as important as the return address but is useful if any names spring to mind.

Best regards,

Dave

Does Revell in Tring or Durango in Ashby de la Zouch ring any bells?

Just could do with knowing while we try to track it down.

Best regards,
