iTunes ...please help !!
I need to back up all data from my iphone 5 to itunes to enable me to send my phone to apple for possible repair
But when I go to back up using itunes I am only able to back up data (music & apps) that I have purchased from iTunes It won't let me back up all my photos & music that was not purchased from iTunes Can someone please help, I'm literally pulling my hair out I'm using windows vista Thanks
