Default set up help required

I was doing some practice over at herts astro turf track last saturday and found that the car was very nervous compared to when I last drove in the colder less grippy weather.

What i noticed was that my car had a tendancy to hop up and down over the bumbs, especially at the back.

I also found that there was just a bit too quick to u-turn on itself as I went through tight turns.

I am from a tc background, and am a bit lost.

Should I:

1. put heavier oil in the shocks?
2. change the springs (i have the kit springs at present)
3. add weight to the back of the car?

help me obi wan kenobi your my only only hope

Which car are you talking about, 2wd or 4wd?

Also what oils are you running now?

Go heavier with the oil in the rear shocks and a lighter rear spring
