I think I know the lad who originally did it , I think it is a 8 racing Chassis(as said)and he made his own side pods out of some quiet thick carbon.

If it ain't that one, it looks very similar to the one he did

I think a chap called Sam46 (Or something line that!) Made it. Or the pods anyway. The car was previously owned by Leeboy44. It also has the rear mounted shocks and alloy wing mounts

the CF side pod is a cool tuning aid. in terms of stiffness I suppose it sits somewhere between the aluminum and plastic composite pods. not to mention, the all-important bling factor.

what would be the benefits of rear-mounted shocks?

Talking

I made the side pods from 5mm Carbon, the front section was double decked to carry the brace posts.
I just moved the standard rear shock tower to the back with the camber link sections cut off and made a new camber link plate to go where the old tower came from, with slightly lower holes.
The rear carbon brace had a 4mm rubber tubes between it and the new carbon side pods, a bit like the Team Durango rear flex brace.
Wing mounts are some aftermarket make i forget, for the 511.
I ground a few mm of the rear drive shaft to give a little more room for flex.
The main carbon chassis was 8 racing
