big bore shock caps ?

big bore shock caps is there any avalible that are the same as the small bore ones ? as no matter wot i do i cant bleed the stock big bores and its pissing me off there must be a cap even if its of another make please help

You must be doing something wrong, shocks bleed fine have followed the guides?

If it's older shock - make sure that bladder isn't swollen - they tend to soak some oil and expand a bit. I know that I had such issue before - just replaced bladders and everything was fine.

do you cut the bladders?

on a side note does any one knowe a part i can use like a o-ring instead of cutting the bladders?

hi there

you have to have some form of volume compensation to allow for displacement of the oil when the shock shaft moves in to the shock body,
when you top the shock up with oil fill it to the top, then slowly push the piston in until it is almost to the top.

slowly screw on the top allowing any excess oil out, this will give you a little rebound on the shock shaft, if the rod shoots out of the body then release a little more oil by undoing the top a little to let a coulpe of drops of oil out.

It must be my bladders will get some new ones as they look a bit deformed like they have bin squashed

Older bladders were softer and even partially transparent if you looked trough them against light. New ones are stiffer, don't let any light through at all and also seem to soak a lot less oil - thus less expansion over time.
