Will this meeting be on astro or dirt

Fact sheet says astro I'm really looking forward to this as they have made some changes recently and it looks great just hope they put the banked corner in the layout cos thats my favourite bit

was hoping it would be dirt as you have too much practice on astro

Its on the Astro, I would have liked to be on the dirt but went for the Astro, when we sorted the dates. As at the start of the year I didn't want to get to a week or so before the meeting and the dirt track being too cut up and to dry / hard to roll and possibly having to change surface.

Will there be that chicane going into the main straight that we ran for 1:10 meeting? Just wanted to know as that is almost too tight for SCTs.

I drove an 1/8th electric car through that chicane with no trouble.

Hi guys, just want some info regarding the track for saturday/evening

The last time I race at coventry was back in 2006, at the time the gate was closed in the evening, and we had to leave the cars on the road, will there be access after 7pm for late arrivals to be able to get into the track or will the gate be locked after this time.

Practice will be till around 7pm, as there is camping committee members will be on site, gates will be locked around 9.30ish.
We will also have the club BBQ fired up from about 6 ish for "cook you own food".
Don,t forget we have a club meeting Monday if anyone wants to stop over Sunday evening.
