Default Hobby King Issues.

Has anyone had issues with Hobby King. My story is this.

I ordered 4 sets of batteries off them at just over £100 and they offered me next day delivery which I decided to go for. 2 days later they decide to post my items. Now they have come they have only sentme the wrong order and I have contacted them to say this and sent all the pictures they have asked for. The problem is they are trying to make me buy this wrong battery off them before they send me the one I ordered.

Does anyone have any advise they can give me? I can't ring them because there are no phone numbers at all so I have to wait for them to reply on an only form and this has been going on for 3 days now

I've contacted them before via there live chat, still took quite a bit to sort out my problems but it was done the same day
