Mardave V6EVA - New EV12 Stub Axles
The new Mardave EV12 Stub Axles, has anyone experienced them being particularly weak? Clipped a corner disk with the inside wheel casing the car to skip a bit and the off side axels snapped on landing. Didn't consider it a hard landing at all really.
Was within the first 10 minutes of use on a new car so thinking maybe just new kit syndrome but just wondering if anyone else have found them to be consistently weak? Side walls look really thin. |

Had the same idea and put some 2.5x12mm button heads in but not used since to see if its going to be ongoing problem. It would seem the main problem is they are tapped too deep to begin with.

Go for the longer screw option, that is good advice there.
I have had mine on one of my cars for several months now. The car has been through more than its fair share of crashes, believe me, and they are still straight as when I first got them. James
