There seems to be some confusion about this, is it free only for helpers or free for everyone? Only on facebook it was stated "only a select few members will get free racing on the opening meeting"

I think free racing, when the club can't afford to hold an indoor meeting and complete the series is wrong. If I can get a lift and come on Sunday I will pay my fees.

Only answering a direct question, but you know your right it is supposed to be fun and it's not anymore so I'm gonna take a break from racing at Bury and see how I feel about it in the future.
