racing / agm fri 5th
who is eligeble to vote on matters at the agm ??, club members 2015 or club members 2016.
we are there so will get keys and make a start on the track (may try and get there earlier, will booking in be done prior to the agm)

The plan is to set out the track and book everyone in like normal, but then the track will remain open for free practice whilst club members have the AGM.
As soon as that is over we'll get as much racing in as possible. People with a current membership are eligible to vote, but as there were no proposals nor nominations for committee positions received by the deadline, I'm hoping we can get it over with quickly and cracked on with the racing!
