Does anyone have any advice on how often you should change shock oil (if at all?). I'm not yet at the stage where I'm travelling around to different tracks, so my cars are set up for one track and i don't need to tinker with shocks... should I be replacing oil or just leaving it?
Cheers

Best advice is to look at it every couple of meetings, when it starts to look tired / dirty change it. If you ever find it looking really muddy then change the seals too.

I only tend to rebuild if the shocks sound gritty or not as smooth as youde like. Probably 2-3 meetings. Use Associated Green Slime in the seals for smooth action.

i only change the oil once i hear some squeeking ( meaning there is air in the shock ) i also take the time to fully rebuild the shock checking seals, pistons and shafts.
hope this helped.
